Appointment and contact forms: when you submit a form we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, and a message describing how we can help. Submitting a form is voluntary. Please do not include detailed medical history in the form; it is a scheduling tool, not a medical record, and is not intended for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.

Usage data: we use analytics to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type — collected via cookies and similar identifiers. Our hosting provider's server logs may also record your IP address and user agent.

Bot protection: we use invisible bot-detection signals (Vercel BotID) to protect our forms from spam and abuse.

How we use your information

To respond to your inquiry and schedule appointments; to operate, secure, and improve the website; to protect against spam and abuse; and, where you have asked us to, to send you information about the practice. We do not sell your personal information.

Where your information goes

Form submissions are stored in our content management system (Sanity) and delivered to our staff by email (Resend). Lead details may also be added to our internal patient-inquiry pipeline (Airtable) so we can follow up. The website is hosted on Vercel. Each of these providers processes data on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments.

Cookies & analytics

Essential cookies keep the site functioning. Analytics cookies (PostHog, Vercel Analytics) help us understand site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; the site remains usable with non-essential cookies disabled.

Data retention

We keep form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain our records, and delete or anonymize them when no longer needed.

Security

We use reputable providers, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access controls to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and as required by applicable law.

Children's privacy
